Semi-managed hosting

All these plans are semi-managed, meaning that instead of just offering plain hosting we also make sure things are running optimally.
This way, your websites will be quick, the emails flowing and spam reduced to minimum.
All the servers are constantly monitored by our automated systems, and our admins look after security patches for the servers. Just to make them secure and current.
The only thing you have to take care is the eventual updates to your web applications if you use one. (wordpress, drupal, any CMS, etc.)

Support

On these plans the main support channel is the online support tickets or email. We strive to answer all enquiries within 24h but usually much much faster.
We also have local support in the Thailand time zone, so you dont have to wait much for a response.
